Uncertainty Propagation through Dynamical Systems

Uncertainty Propagation

Engineering performance and productivity can be improved through systematic analysis and integrated design that takes uncertainty into account. Physics based models of full-scale engineering designs are often converted to monolithic systems of nonlinear differential/algebraic equations. Numerous fields of science and engineering present the problem of uncertainty propagation through nonlinear dynamic systems with stochastic excitation and uncertain initial conditions. This lead us to initiate research in the following topics
  1. Uncertainty : Modeling and Analysis
  2. Uncertainty Management in Networked Dynamical Systems
  3. Asteroid Problem.
